Extra virgin olive oil with a marked green olive fruitiness. Those nuances reminiscent of green fruits such as banana, almond and apple wrapped in a fresh aroma of freshly cut grass stand out. Notes of pollen and chamomile are detected. The bitterness is barely present, while the spiciness appears at the end, creating a menthol sensation that deeply enriches the oral cavity.
Very pleasant on entry in the mouth leaves the sensation of smoothness with a green almond aftertaste. The texture that is appreciated in the mouth is fluid. Its sensory characteristics reflect the nuances of the variety to which it belongs within the range of green fruits.
