In BLANCAFORT we elaborate our best ham, GLUTEN FREE and LACTOSE FREE, with meats from the best organic farms.
The hams are boned following a traditional process that maintains their structure. Afterwards, they are seasoned with a broth prepared with organic herbs, juniper berries, laurel and others. We leave it to macerate for a long period of time and we mould it so that it keeps all its structure. The cooking is done slowly, at low temperature, so that it does not lose any of its attributes and characteristics. In this way, we obtain a bouquet that is a marvel for the palate.
We take care of every last detail: our ham is branded with its name, CLAUDIA, and packaged in green aluminium, which protects it from light and isolates it from its environment, to maintain optimum preservation. Finally, we encase it in wood, so that the product does not suffer any damage when it is moved.
This is how we create a unique product: letting time pass slowly, without urgency, to bring to the gourmets of cooked ham some sensations that they will not forget. A product so unique that we believe it deserves its own name: CLAUDIA.
