Other components. - Water, Sugar, Instant coffee, Coloring (E-150d), Stabilizer (E-415), Preservatives (E-202, E-211), Acidulant (E-330). Aromatizing substances for limited use. INDICATIONS: The emulsified aromas in Chefdelíce paste are very resistant to baking due to their qualities, the aroma is encapsulated in natural stabilizers, avoiding the loss of flavor due to the high temperatures of baking, formulated in aqueous and liposoluble base. They have a pasty texture that not only provides flavor but also color, avoiding the need for additional coloring. If a more intense color tone is desired, any food coloring can be added. They are also suitable for cold preparations, such as shakes, ice cream, soft drinks... by simply adding the paste flavor to milk, a rich shake can be obtained. ALLERGENS: Does not contain. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: SUGGESTED DOSE: Between 2 and 5 g. Per kilo of dough to be flavored. Add directly to the dough during the mixing process or to the mix after pasteurization. PRESENTATION: Glass container with 50 g net weight. WARNINGS: Store in original sealed container, in a dry place, at room temperature (max. 25 ºC), away from heat sources and avoiding exposure to light. Do not ingest directly, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
