This blend comes from coffee plantations grown at an altitude of over 1,500 meters above sea level and harvested using the "picking" method (picked bean by bean). These beans are processed through a wet processing or washing, through which the freshly picked fruit is quickly stripped of its rind and part of the pulp, which avoids any type of fermentation that could damage the flavor of the coffee.
