The El Oasis estate, located in the Tolima region, is home to Patricia Arango Tinoco, daughter of Irma and sister of Omar, a family with a tradition of coffee innovation for over 50 years. For the past 30 years, they have been transforming the family legacy, replicating an agroforestry production model inspired by Ethiopian forests, where they aim for complete balance with the ecosystem while producing high-quality coffee. They focus on caring for the environment by seeking washing options that consume less water, as well as taking care of the people who work there.
