1 stick (4.5 g): hydrolyzed collagen 3.4 g and magnesium 152 mg (40% NRV*). 2 sticks (9 g): hydrolyzed collagen 6.9 g and magnesium 303 mg (81% NRV*). 1 stick is equivalent to 6 tablets of collagen with magnesium.
