However, it is important to choose a source of Copper with high bioavailability, which is why we decided to add Copper in the form of Bisglycinate, which has been shown to be absorbed 4 times more than other more commonly used sources of Copper such as Copper Sulfate.

Ingredients

Bulking agent (Microcrystalline cellulose), Copper Bisglycinate (10% Copper), Bulking agent (Magnesium stearate), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide).

Directions for use

Take one tablet per day, with a meal.
