The AOVE Conde de Benalúa Bio Organic is an extra virgin olive oil made from the Picual variety, cultivated in the Montes de Granada at an altitude of over 1,500 meters. Its harvest in November-December and cold extraction process guarantee a 100% natural juice with a unique flavor and aroma.
This oil comes from centuries-old olive groves, where harmful chemicals have not been used, ensuring environmentally friendly cultivation. Its cold extraction is done in two phases (vertical and horizontal), preserving all its organoleptic and nutritional properties.
