The Cow Burgers are handmade with fresh pieces of meat, they have not been subjected to cooking, curing, or aging processes.
The flavor of the cow meat is intense, ideal burgers to grill or cook on a griddle.
It is recommended to remove the piece from the packaging and leave it at room temperature for 1 or 2 hours before cooking, cook it with a few drops of olive oil caramelizing it on both sides and leaving it medium-rare inside.
