The flavor of cow meat is intense, making these burgers ideal for grilling or cooking on the griddle.
It is recommended to remove the piece from the packaging and leave it at room temperature 1 or 2 hours before cooking, cook it with a few drops of olive oil caramelizing it on both sides and leaving it medium-rare inside.
