Cream East IndiaDark mahogany color. Intense aroma of ripe fruit, mocha, cocoa, and toffee. Very complex on the palate, with clean acidity. Taste of raisins, nuts, and caramelized orange. Its aging recalls those wines that crossed the oceans in the 17th century to the colonies and returned to European ports with greater complexity and silkiness.
Made from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. After aging separately in their respective soleras for 12 years, the two wines are combined to age again in a Solera of 45 barrels located in the winery's Sacristy.

Lustau East India Solera 1996 is a sweet wine. On the nose, it is complex, full of many nuances, with hints of dried fruit, hazelnuts, apricots, chocolate, and toffee. On the palate, it is powerful and complex, with a strong and broad attack. Excellent balance between acidity and freshness. Very long and persistent.
Perfect to accompany cheese boards, foie gras, or desserts. It is recommended to serve in a wide glass, with lots of ice and a slice of orange. Its marked and unmistakable personality has made it a reference in modern mixology.
