Chocoart is a Galician cooperative based in Lugo backed by more than 30 years of experience in the artisanal chocolate sector. There are five partners who found themselves unemployed and decided to start their own business making artisanal chocolates. One of their first flagship products was the cherry liqueur chocolate, made with authentic cherry from the Denomination of Origin of the Jerte Valley (Cáceres), which macerates for six months and is made one by one. One of their latest innovations is the Cabrales cheese mousse chocolate, which has had notable success in bakeries and confectioneries in Asturias. They also make chocolates with other regional products such as coffee liquor truffles, orujo cream, and cream. One of the fundamental pillars of Chocoart is the completely artisanal production of all their products. They produce around 70 kg of chocolates per day.
