Creamy sofrito with mushrooms Dock

Our ingredients are mushrooms, peppers roasted by us, tomato, onion, a touch of garlic and all fried in olive oil, without any other additives, fats or preservatives.
We carefully wash, chop and fry each ingredient and fill the jars one by one to preserve them.
