Agustí Torelló Mata Kripta This is a Brut Nature produced through organic viticulture practices. The grapes are hand harvested exclusively from three old plots in the Penedés region. The wine contains three grape varieties in different proportions: -45% Macabeo grape from the Viña El Vicari in Sant Pau d'Ordal, planted in 1962 at an altitude of 239 m. in gravel and limestone soil. -20% Xarel·lo grape from the Viña Mercader in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, planted in 1974 at an altitude of 162 m. in clay and limestone soil. -35% Parellada grape from the Viña Lola in Sant Joan de Mediona, planted in 1969 at an altitude of 650 m. in slate soil. These vines are grown in a mountainous environment. Agustí Torelló Mata Kripta presents with yellow tones, and its bubbles are well integrated in a persistent string. On the palate, it is very creamy with a prolonged finish. Toasted notes and the characteristic fruit of its extended aging can be appreciated, along with the delicacy of the Macabeo grape that predominates in this special blend.
