White Wine Cuatro Rayas Viñedos Centenarios

The White Wine Cuatro Rayas Viñedos Centenariosis made with goblet-grown grapes from sandy soils in the area of Segovia with an age between 80 and 100 years. 100% verdejo.

Macerated for 5 hours at 10ºC.

Destemming is done for 36 hours at 10ºC.

Fermentation at 15ºC with selected autochthonous yeasts.

15% is fermented in 600L French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks. Aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for 5 months with batonage.
