The basis of our organic cocoa is the careful selection of its ingredients. The raw materials we use come exclusively fromcontrolled organic farming, free of fertilizers and pesticides, or substances such as lecithina, present in the membranes of plant and animal cells. The main ingredients such as cocoa comes 100% from the Dominican Republic and unrefined sugar cane from Brazil
At Chocolates Solé we take care of the whole process of ecological production, and we are committed to the environment by eliminating aluminum foil in the packaging of our ecological chocolates, as it is a non-recyclable and polluting material in the extraction process
Our range of organic products are endorsed by the CCPAE (Catalan Council for Organic Agricultural Production), which is responsible for verifying and certifying the use of organic food products, and by the European Union organic seal which allows us to export outsideSpain
