It is a sparkling wine that is made using the Monastrell red grape. It is produced in vineyards located near the coast in Mediterranean regions, between valleys surrounded by low-altitude mountain ranges. These vineyards are perfect for creating wines full of energy, freshness and elegance.
The wine is produced within the Cava appellation of origin, using the Champenoise Method. During the second fermentation in the bottle, which takes place in underground cellars, a constant temperature between 15º and 17ºC is maintained and it remains in contact with the mother yeasts for approximately two years.
This cava has a unique personality, without adding expedition liquor and only contains a minimal amount of natural residual sugar, what is known as "Zero Dosage". It is a perfect wine experience for those who love authentic sensations and fine, suggestive and delicate bubbles.
