INGREDIENTS TABLE Amount per day (1 capsule): Blend of microorganisms (316 mg): Streptococcus thermophilus (> 7.6 x 109 cfu), Lactobacillus acidophilus (> 5 x 109 cfu), Bifidobacterium longum (> 5 x 109 cfu), Lactobacillus plantarum (tindalized) (> 10.1 x 109 cell units), Bifidobacterium lactis (> 10.1 x 109 cfu), Vitamin C (16 mg), FOS (10.8 mg). USAGE Take 1 capsule a day with water. Can be taken with or without food. CONTRAINDICATIONS Suitable for all ages, from 4 years old. PRECAUTIONS Due to its FOS content, it is recommended to avoid consumption with medications and other dietary supplements containing fiber.
