Dionus

The cabernet sauvignon is the _x0093_flagship_x0094_ of the Venta d'Aubert the dominant grape class. It is complemented by merlot, syrah and red grenache. The various grape varieties complete the blend. They are kept separately for two and a half years in new oak barrels, mostly French, until they are blended and the wine is bottled.
