All paths lead to Vouvray! Domaine Bourillon Dorléans "La coulée d'argent" is a dry white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc, the flagship grape variety of the Loire Valley. This beautiful vintage is very well made. The nose is refined and delicate with hints of smoke and white flesh fruits. The palate is indulgent, mineral, and tangy. To be served between 10° and 11° with a nice fish dish. (for example, a beautiful sole!)
