The Clavel estate offers us a pure Languedoc product, without luxury or frills, that breathes the scrubland!
On the nose, aromas of spices, cloves, thyme, rosemary... but also notes of ripe red fruits mingle. The palate is generous and creamy with a beautiful grain of tannins.
A dish with herbs suits it perfectly, such as lamb or veal. It will beautifully accompany stuffed vegetables or simply grilled ones, but also slow-cooked dishes like lamb navarin or a cabbage potée.
