This blonde beer is Pilsen, the classic of Spanish bars. A recipe that we have been rounding out since 2012 in which we rely on the conjunction of pale malt with noble hops and lager yeast, with a long maturation and respecting the German purity law of 1516. Finally we obtain a crystalline beer, well carbonated and with a light, pleasant, subtle and refreshing aroma and flavor
