In the heart of the Lleida Pyrenees, within the small Vall de Lord, we find the village of Sant Llorenç de Morunys. In this area, watered by the rivers Cardener and Agua de Valls and surrounded by mountains and forests, significant quantities of mushrooms and truffles are collected. It is in this place where we find Urdet, born in 1989 as an extension of the family business Conservas Urdet that had a great generational experience with mushrooms and truffles in the area. Urdet SA specialized in the artisanal production of canned and dried wild mushrooms and truffles. It also has a long tradition in roasting peppers, eggplant and onions.
