Drunken Bros & Colmo Paco Rye India Brown Ale 44cl

A new release belonging to the Drunken Bros memorial series. You are facing something different. They have produced in collaboration with Cervezas Colmo an I.B.A, or in other words, an India Brown Ale with rye from the Ancares mountains.

But they have also used the technique invented by the American brewery Dogfish Head called "Continuous Hopping," adding hops every 2 minutes during the 60-minute boil, thus covering the full spectrum of aroma, bitterness, and flavor of the hops used, in this case, Amarillo, Idaho 7, Citra, and Talus.

• Beautiful mahogany color, it gives off aromas of freshly cut grass, citrus like grapefruit, and on the palate you will find an intense but balanced bitterness, and perfectly combined citrus, herbal, and earthy flavors.
• Pairs well with barbecues, steaks, spicy foods, aged cheeses, spicy sausages, or burgers.
