Tasting tips:

To completely unmold our Marbled Duck Foie Gras with Figs, we recommend you to open both sides of the box. Remove one lid, place the foie gras on a plate and press the remaining lid to lower the block. Slice it with a lyre or a toothless knife, leave it for about 10 minutes at room temperature before tasting. You can also serve it as a toast as an appetizer.
