Our sow sirloin is one of the star products, highly valued for being tender, juicy and soft to the palate. Both in fillets to make them to the grill, as to roast whole in the oven, the result is great. We select only the females (sows) much more tasty and fine without strange odors (males). In addition, the Duroc breed provides us with a filtration of intramuscular fat that makes this a product highly demanded by our consumers. We present it to you vacuum packed in fillets or whole
