Ingredients

Composition

Magnesium 375 mg (100% NRV*) in the form of 1,000mg magnesium bisglycinate, 700mg magnesium carbonate, and 176mg magnesium oxide. 375 mg of Potassium carbonate hydroxide (19% NRV*).
