Tasting notes: Deep, dark purple colour. With sharp and delicate aromas of black fruit and vegetables reminiscent of aromatic herbs. The entry on the palate is powerful and full of youth. Blackberries and cherries dance in harmony with hazelnut and roasted sensations.
The ideal pairing for this Syrah would be Asian food with smoked foods and soy sauce.
