El Gordo del Circo. Rueda Verdejo White Wine of Casa Rojo, is a wine from old vineyards in the province of Valladolid. Yellow in color with green flashes. On the nose, we find aromas of grapefruit, lime or ripe pineapple, with flashes of grass and menthol. On the palate, it has a balanced acidity and evokes memories of pastries, the result of its aging on lees. It is an ideal wine to accompany seafood, pasta, rice dishes or salads
