Thanks to its clay soils, they allow good water retention. And its sunny days and cool nights allow for a healthy harvest and grapes with a perfect phenolic ripeness.

With regard to its aroma, it is reminiscent of black fruits with spicy touches due to its seven-month aging in French and American oak barrels. It also has aromas of licorice, vanilla and roasted perfectly integrated with a balsamic touch.
On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and full-bodied but at the same time smooth and elegant. It is a wine with a good length and aging capacity and is recommended to be drunk between 14 and 16 degrees

Its curative properties became known in 1860 when the caretaker of a farm that belonged to the El Raposo valley, which is now the Spa, realized that a "cochinita" had disappeared and could not follow the herd he was taking care of because his joints were inflamed, making it impossible for him to move. When the guard went out to look for her, he found her lying in one of the ponds that cross the valley and she was covered with mud. The guard thought she was dead, but nothing could be further from the truth; he shook her and the cochinita sat up with agility and ease. Surprisingly, the symptoms of the disease had disappeared.
