The Transistor is a white wine of the D.O. Rueda made BY the Compañía de vinos Telmo Rodríguez. He is the elder brother of the emblematic Basa of Telmo Rodríguez. Verdejo from the Paraje de El Monte in La Seca, where it is planted in a glass on limestone and gravelly soils. Fermented and bred in fudres and barrels of different sizes and containers of concrete and stainless steel.
The Transistor takes the name of the method used to scare off the wild boars, which at night prowl around the vineyards.
Tasting note of Transistor
The Transistor is a sparkling straw-yellow colour.
Of complex aromas, it's clean. It combines Citricas notes, green apple and herbaceous touches.
Fruity notes and special touches. Good acidity, it's fresh and clean. Long and persevering end.
