It opened its doors 17 years ago and since then has been producing canned white tuna in olive oil and pickled tuna, Cantabrian anchovies, mussels and sardines

The star of El Viejo Pescador is the pickled Bonito del Norte. For its delicate taste and its intense but balanced flavor. It is indisputably the flagship of the house.
