In the olfactory phase, it is very mineral, with memories of graphite, humus, black stones, and freshly plowed earth, these mineral aromas finely intertwine with notes of spices, balsamic, and floral scents like violet.

In the mouth, it is a very balanced wine, combining power and elegance with a firm tannic load in the center of the mouth, without concentration or aggressiveness.

The aftertaste is broad and harmonious, with the return of smoky and toasty notes acquired through its barrel aging.
