Our careful extraction process is very simple to respect and preserve the properties and flavor of the honeys as produced by the bees: We collect the honeycombs in the hives, extract it through cold centrifugation, deposit it in barrels and let it rest for 15 days, we package and label it ready for you. Authentic, artisanal, pure honey needs nothing else! All our honeys are analyzed in a laboratory and extracted in our packaging plant certified by health authorities with the relevant controls.
