The maceration we do is completely natural, we use fresh mint for its potency of flavor and quality.

We dip it in our extra virgin olive oil, to start the maceration process

Once the product takes its optimal flavor and approved by our quality department, we proceed to remove the mint. Leaving a product without residues and that will remain unalterable in flavor and intensity.

It is an oil with an intense mint flavor and smell, leaving a pleasant fresh taste on the palate, as well as an intense mint smell.

Due to the very natural process it receives, the extra virgin olive oil remains analytically unaltered (checked in mirror laboratories with available analytics)

Recommended use: breakfasts, salads, stews, sauces, fish and meats.
