With a mild and buttery flavor and great creaminess in the mouth, this cheese is enriched with fresh cream from the dairy to achieve the category of triple creaminess and is filled with a thin layer of black truffle from Saint-Jean before proceeding with its maturation. This final step brings surprising aromas that make it stand out among other cheeses with black truffle.
It has notes of mushroom, fresh cream, and cream. A delicacy made by the Dongé family dairy and can only be enjoyed during the fall and winter season.
