The apples used to make this jam have been scrupulously chosen and peeled one by one by hand, in order to preserve the maximum of their nutritional properties

This jam stands out for its smooth texture on the palate, which is achieved thanks to a slow and continuous cooking of the fruit

The Pomares Dulces plantation is 100% organic and sulfate-free. From the free pollination of the fruit trees, to the natural fertilization and maintenance by the geese and sheep that roam freely throughout the farm. Thus, no chemicals are used in their products.

The result is ecological, exclusive products of a quality not found in any other similar product
