The age of our olive trees gives us a consistent and tasty fruit, nothing like other arbequinos.
In tasting, it is aromatic, sweet, and with a smooth flavor (little bitterness and spiciness), intense fruity flavor and aroma. Ideal for customers who prefer less intensity.
It is very unstable, therefore, we recommend consuming it quickly no more than a year as it spoils easily.

Obtained from olives from the southern countryside region of Monturque and Montilla in Córdoba, cultivated traditionally and through a cold first extraction process. With an acidity level of less than 0.2%, which makes it have a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which produce great health benefits.
