Organic Oil Hoya del Infantado, an oil from the High Alcarria, in the area of Cuenca, in the municipality of Valderrivas. Olivares alcarreños, of the variety Verdeja or Castellana and is obtained directly fromselected olives that come from organic farming

They are scarce, but exquisite, virgin oils, lime-green in color, veryfruity, rounded in their leafy scent, in which fresh flavors intermingle, hazelnut or banana, spicy in the mouth at times, with a characteristic stamp of this variety.
