This native variety is not only valued for its agronomic rusticity, but also for the high quality of the oil obtained from it, and is the only variety protected by the Montes de Toledo Denomination of Origin , to which we belong.Due to its resistance to our cold winters and hot summers, the cornicabra has been, since time immemorial, the predominant variety in Castilla-La Mancha.
Awards: This single varietal has been distinguished as Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the 2015/2016 campaign of the Montes de Toledo DO. It has also been awarded the 2015 and 2016 Gran Selección Award for Best EVOO of Castilla la Mancha
