Origin: Northern Cáceres province. Regions of Sierra de Gata, Las Hurdes, and Valle del Alagón (Extremadura).
Variety: Coupage, with a predominance of manzanilla cacereña. From olive groves cultivated in "Red Natura 2000" spaces of special environmental protection. Traditional and rainfed cultivation.
Extraction system: Produced using mechanical procedures in cold first extraction.
Storage conditions: It is recommended to always keep it protected from light to slow down oxidation.
Best before: 18 months from packaging.

In the mouth, incredibly sweet, contrasting with its green color, slightly bitter, almond-like, and slightly spicier.
