The Empeltre Fuelle is an extra virgin olive oil made through cold extraction and exclusively mechanical procedures. The empeltre variety is typical of Aragon, and from it we extract this high-quality extra virgin characterized by a straw yellow or old gold color. Its cultivation is widespread throughout the Aragonese community, although in the Zaragoza area, where the raw material for Aceites Lis juices is cultivated, it has a more fruity and sweet flavor than in other geographical areas. In its tasting, slight spicy and bitter notes reminiscent of green almonds can also be appreciated.
