Extra virgin olive oil from the Koroneiki variety

Koroneiki is the name of the variety used as a monovarietal in this oil. It originates from Greece and in its home country it is the most cultivated variety. Here in Spain, it has adapted very well to our conditions, giving not very high productions but of exceptional quality.

Its main characteristics are its freshness, smoothness, fruity flavor, and also with a "punk" touch of spiciness and bitterness that give it that recognizable character. We can find hints of tropical fruits in the mouth at first contact, followed by bitter and spicy notes afterwards.
