Cold extraction, to prioritize the quality over the quantity of oil obtained. Tasting notes: On the nose: In its olfactory phase this Hojiblanco delights us with an aroma of green olives wrapped in freshly cut grass and fig leaves. Predominate above all, the vegetable aromas reminiscent of green tomato, followed by fruity aromas with hints of green banana, apple and green lemon. Taste: This is a totally balanced juice with retronasal aromas of green olives, alloza, tomato and aromatic herbs. Fluid in the mouth, with extremely balanced spiciness and bitterness, with a spiciness reminiscent of pepper. Complex and harmonious juice.
