Composition: Fennel* (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), Anise* (Pimpinella anisum L.), Lemongrass* (Cymbopogon citratus (DC.)), Lavender* (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.), Hibiscus* (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.), Natural aroma of fennel* (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) * Take 1 teaspoon (2 grams approx.) of the mixture and pour it into a glass of cold water. Bring to a boil and keep it for 2 minutes, soft and covered. To rest during 5 minutes, covered. Then strain and it is ready to consume.
