• 1 pc. of Sarta iberico de bellota. Chorizo iberico de bellota sarta, made from the best acorn-fed lean and noble pieces (secreto, presa, aguja).
• 1 pc. of Piquillo peppers confit 125g. Piquillo peppers confit in oven, roasted over low heat, slowly, with olive oil and salt according to the traditional recipe
• 1 pc. of Lazana cheese 300g. It is a camembert or brie type cheese, cow soft paste, refined and with natural washed rind.
• 1 pc. of Montseny black beer Fuet 110-130g. Fuet from the Vic area to which Montseny artisan black beer is added in the elaboration process. The result is a meaty and consistent sausage with a sweetish flavor, with a slight bitter touch given by the beer.
• 1 pc. of whole truffle sheep cheese 450g. Sheep's cheese with truffle of semi-soft paste, compacted by hand with a firm texture and handmade. Ivory-colored paste cheese with washed rind, without eyes, with black truffle shavings.
