Ferrer Verdeña EVOO

This is a single variety extra virgin olive oil, made with the verdeña variety.
It is a yellowish green oil with an intense fruity aroma of fresh green grass (freshly cut grass, hay), tomato, mint and artichoke.
In the mouth it has a predominant taste of fresh and healthy fruit. It has a just and pleasant point of bitterness, characteristic sensation of the green and fresh olives with which it has been elaborated and inherent attribute to the variety verdeña.

Ideal to consume raw in salads and as dressing of tomatoes, and to contribute intensity and flavor to stews and sauces.
