We tell you a little bit about Obrador Valle de la Osa
Artisan bakery founded in 1940. They make sweets, egg yolks, tea pastes, quince jelly, torta de la sierra and since 2006 they market more than thirty flavors of handmade jams made with fruit from the region and following a centuries-old family recipe
With these same jams, with flavors as different as bitter orange, figs, chestnuts, strawberries or sangria, they also prepare cakes that are sold in the workshop.
