Finca Viñoa is a white wine from the D.O. Ribeiro produced by the Finca Viñoa winery. This wine is a blend of Treixadura (90%), Albariño (5%), Godello (3%) and Loureiro (2%)
The grapes of Finca Viñoa come from the estate that gives its name to the product. This is located in the town of Banga and has 12 hectares of vineyards located on terraces of granite walls between 350 and 180 meters above sea level. The soils are of different types, either granitic sand or slate.

The Finca Viñoa grapes are harvested by hand using 15-kilo crates to avoid breakage and allow the fruit to reach the winery in the best possible condition.

At the winery, the grapes from Finca Viñoa are subjected to temperature control by placing them in cold rooms at 5º. The grapes then pass through a selection table where they are selected cluster by cluster. The grapes are then destemmed and macerated before the corresponding pneumatic pressing
After the separation of the musts, a period of static racking is carried out. Before ageing, the must of Finca Viñoa is fermented at a controlled temperature.

Finca Viñoa is finally aged for eight months on its lees. The wine is finally bottled after being stabilized. Finca Viñoa is probably the most special wine of Pazo Casanova. A wine dominated by the Treixadura that comes from a spectacular estate from which it takes its name: A Viñoa, located on one of the historic slopes of the Avia Valley.
