Ageing: 10 months in French oak barrels.




Garnacha Olvidada de Aragón, presents roasted aromas, cocoa and forest fruits. Gentle and ripe tannins, denoting the low yield of this old vineyard, full and tasty in the mouth.



Pairing: with red meats, roasts and poultry, rice dishes with meat and all traditional cuisine.
